Many times, I’ve found myself in situations where I felt like I didn’t quite fit in with some of my family members. It often seemed like unnecessary things were said or done just to make me feel bad about myself. Sadly, a big problem in America is that a lot of bullying starts at home, but many people don’t want to admit it. They might brush it off or pretend it’s not happening, but it’s real.

When people make fun of someone’s appearance, actions, or behavior, it can really hurt. Even if they think it’s harmless, it can mess with someone’s self-esteem more than they realize. This can lead to serious issues later on. Some people grow up struggling with disorders because of the negativity they faced at home. It’s like there are negative forces trying to bring us down.

That’s why it’s so important to have a positive outlook on yourself and to pray for strength. Ask for guidance to overcome these challenges and to keep moving forward, even when things feel dark.

A lot of abuse happens within families, which is really sad. I’ve noticed this especially in families with more women than men. In these situations, it often feels like everyone is competing against each other, trying to outdo one another to feel special. It’s crazy that family members feel the need to compete like this.

I’ve learned that I won’t let anyone dim my light, and I shouldn’t have to dim it for someone else either. What’s even worse is that sometimes I found myself having to dim my light because my mom said so. It turns out, she faced similar struggles with her own sisters always wanting to shine more.

It’s sad because nobody should have to live in someone else’s shadow. I wanted to talk to you about this so you can understand better. Check out my vlogs, subscribe to the Spotify Vlog Channel!!😍, and stay tuned for more.
